How To Apply
The party/licensee has to submit an application requesting for renewal of the construction license along with a Xerox copy of the license issued.
Documents required
SGPDA order (If the SGPDA order is lapsed, than renewed SGPDA order to be Submitted)
Process
The Technical Section carries out Site Inspection along with the applicant.
Site Inspection report on the existing site conditions and ongoing work is prepared by the Technical Section.
If the work is found as per approved plans, fees are calculated and recommended for approval. If not the licensee has to submit a revised plan approved by SGPDA.
After the payment of fees, the party is issued the license renewal for a further period of one year.
Fees structure
As per calculation sheet
25% if applied within the time and 50% if applied after the expire of original license.
