How To Apply
a) Apply in the prescribed form (ANNEXURE- XIII) along with the following accompaniments:-
- Questionnaire form and income application form (Duly filled and signed)
- Attested copy of Ration Card (self attested)
- Attested copy of EPIC Card (self attested)
- Self- declaration with applicant photo
- Attested copy of Aadhaar Card (self attested)
- Special adhesive stamp
- House tax Paid Receipt (self attested)
- Marriage Certificate (self attested)
- Declaration/ Undertaking – for OBC Candidate only
- Annual Income above 5 Lakhs (form 16)
b)Quote name of the authority to which the Certificate of Income will be produced.
After conducting the local inquiry the Income Certificate will be issued.
Process
The duly filled application form and the documents are to be submitted to the Administrative Section.
Concerned Municipal inspector carries out inspection and reports accordingly confirming the income.
Based on the inspector's report if the income confirms that of the report on payment of required fees the Income Certificate is issued.
Fees structure
1. Rs. 100/-only for all purposes.
