How To Apply
Applicant has to apply in a standard application form along with the affidavit and required supporting documents in Registration of Births and Deaths Section.
Process
The duly filled application form and the supporting documents submitted are processed in the Registration of Births and Deaths section and the documents produced are verified from the concerned issuing authority and also Police Verification report is obtain from the concerned Police Station (if required) and Non-Availability Certificate is issued.
The Non-Availability Certificate is issued after payment of fees of Rs.25/- and the applicant is charged Rs.20 for a search for a single entry in the first year and for every additional year Rs.20/- for which the search is continued
