Residential Certificate

How To Apply

Ask for a standard application format in Administrative Section along with required documents if any.

Documents required

Attested Xerox copies of documentary evidence:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Educational Certificate such as Leaving Certificate, Bonafied Certificate
  • Ration Card / Adhar Card
  • Voter Card
  • Latest House Tax receipt / House tax receipt of the year 1976-77 is required for Portuguese consulate
  • Passport copy
  • Self-declaration/Affidavit

Process

The duly filled application form and the required documents are to be submitted to the Administrative Section.

The Municipal Inspector does the inspection along with the applicant and prepares the report.

Based on the Inspectors report the Certificate can be issued or refused accordingly.

The certificate is issued to the applicant on payment of fees.

Fees structure

  • Rs. 50 /-only per copy.
  • Rs. 1500/- for Portuguese Consulate.

Note:
* Apply in fresh for each time, one certificate cannot be issued for different purposes.
