1) Obtaining Trade & Occupation & Signboard licence.
Apply in prescribed Form ‘B’ through online mode by enclosing the following documents: –
i. Form “B” application along with any one document proving ownership or occupancy of the premises by the applicant. (enclosed at Annexure I)
ii. Self Declaration/Undertaking in the format attached by the applicant. (enclosed at Annexure II)
2) NOC for Pandal/Temporary Exhibition
Application on plain paper along with following documents: –
i. Site Plan.
ii. Affidavit/ Indemnity Bond.
iii. NOC from the owner of the property.
iv. NOC from Directorate of Fire & Emergency Service.
v. Structure Liability/Stability Certificate.
vi. Insurance certificate of the New India Bharat Sookshma Udyam Suraksha Policy
vii. NOC from Health Centre, Margao Goa.
viii. NOC from Deputy Collector & SDO Salcete, Margao- Goa.
3) Transfer of House Tax: –
Apply in prescribed format Schedule II (enclosed at Annexure III) & Schedule III (enclosed at Annexure IV) along with the following documents: –
a. SCHEDULE II
i. Sale Deed, Copy of House Tax Receipt, Undertaking (enclosed at Annexure V).
OR
ii. Agreement of Sale, Original NOC from Society, Share Certificate, Copy of House Tax Receipt & Undertaking.
OR
Agreement of Sale, NOC from the builder, Copy of House Tax Receipt & Undertaking.
OR
iii. Gift Deed, Copy of House Tax Receipt and Undertaking.
b. SCHEDULE III
i. Succession Deed/Inventory proceedings, NOC from legal heirs, Copy of House Tax Receipt & Undertaking.
4) Transfer of immovable properties/Shop.
